By accessing or using any services provided by B2BEE Ltd (“B2BEE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including but not limited to b2bee.co.uk, signb.ee, and any associated APIs, tools, or products (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

B2BEE is a product studio building tools and infrastructure for the agentic economy. Our Services include but are not limited to:

• Signbee — document signing API for AI agents
• Consulting and bespoke development services
• Associated APIs, SDKs, and developer tools

3. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Services in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

4. API Usage

If you access our Services via API, you agree to:

• Keep your API keys confidential and secure
• Not exceed reasonable usage limits
• Not use the API for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by B2BEE Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, B2BEE Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
